My family usually makes this with full fat sour cream and while that's very good, what's the point of eating fruit if you cover it with fat? This is just as good and much healthier.

I loved the end result of this, but think maybe the proportions are off which is why I am only rating a 4. I used fat free plain yogurt which usually has a major bite so I was worried. I only put in 1 box of pudding powder though and tasted and decided that it was _plenty_ sweet as it was. So I'm glad I did not add any more. For our taste, 1 box of sugar free fat free pudding to 2 cups of yogurt is the right proportion. I served this with apple slices and strawberries and it was well received by adults and kids. When the fruit was done we used pretzels and that was wonderful as well. Thanks for something I'll make over and over again.
