- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 113.39 g cottage cheese
- 141.74 g chopped broccoli, fresh or defrosted
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 226.79 g margarine
- 7.39 ml oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Blend ingredients together.
- Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
