  1. Excellent Bleu Cheese Dressing. Easy to whip up and everyone loved it! Thank you so much Denise H for sharing this. :-)

  2. Very good bleu cheese dressing. I used a mild Danish bleu cheese and the flavor was really smooth. I doubled the quantity of blue cheese and found it to be perfect for my taste. Thanks for sharing, Denise.

  3. I made this to go with our lettuce wedges with tomatoes and bacon, and it was superior to any I have ever had the pleasure of tasting! It is absolutely awesome and the ONLY Blue Cheese Dressing I will ever make again! I have to tell you I am not particularly a Blue cheese fan, but this has just the right combination of flavors. There is just a lovely mild taste from the Blue cheese without that "BITE" you usually get. Of course, you can always use more cheese to get that "BITE" if you like it, but for us who are wimpy in that department this is perfect! Thank you for sharing this one with us Denise!

  4. I love Lonestar! I modified the recipe with fat free mayonnaise and instead of buttermilk, I used 0% fat Greek yogurt. Basically tastes as creamy and gloriously delicious without the fat and calories! YUM!

  5. This has got to be the best Blue Cheese dressing I have ever made. I was so excited after tasteing it, I had to call my friend and tell her about it so she can make it too. This is quick and so simple to get together and very YUMMY! I did add two things to it for personal taste but it only made it better. I added 1Tbs chopped green onions and 1/2tsp. dill relish. The recipe is good just as it is though. Very nice flavor after being chilled the 30 minutes as recipe states.Thank you so very much for posting a great dressing!
