A friend shared this recipe with me. I haven't made it yet, but it sounds so good!
- 1 (3 ounce) cook and serve sugar-free vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 ounce) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 4 cups sliced strawberries (may use 1 pkg frozen)
- Bring pudding and 2 C water to a boil. Add jell-o and stir to dissolve. Cool to room temperature.
- Put berries in a deep dish pie pan. Pour pudding over the top. Refrigerate to set.
