Low fat dip for crackers or veggies. I don't know what the servings are so I just put one.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 packet vegetable soup mix
- Drain the spinach and squeeze dry.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients.
- Add spinach and mix well.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
