- 340.19 g romaine lettuce, chopped (6 cups)
- 340.19 g iceberg lettuce, chopped (6 cups)
- 236.59 ml mushroom, sliced
- 78.78 ml green pepper, chopped

Dressing
- 236.59 ml vegetable oil
- 59.14 ml red wine vinegar
- 59.14 ml powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 6.16 ml paprika
- 6.16 ml salt
- 3.69 ml dry mustard
- 3.69 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 29.58 ml lemon juice (preferably fresh)
- 59.14 ml orange juice
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
directions
- Put all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix at low speed until thoroughly blended.
- Store refrigerated, but allow dressing to come to room temperature before serving.
- In a large, wide bowl, mix together salad greens, mushrooms, and green peppers.
- Stir dressing well before using, and spoon over salads.
