Loaf
- 473.18 ml lentils, cooked
- 236.59 ml whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 59.14 ml walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2.46 ml sage
- 2.46 ml oregano
- 2.46 ml thyme
- 9.85 ml tamari soy sauce
- 14.79 ml nutritional yeast
- 2.46 ml kelp powder

- 473.18 ml water
- 59.14 ml whole wheat pastry flour
- 59.14 ml soy flour
- 29.58 ml tamari soy sauce
- 14.79 ml nutritional yeast
- 2.46 ml kelp powder
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 4.92 ml cumin

Loaf:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all loaf ingredients into a stiff dough. If the mixture is too moist, add more bread crumbs.
- Pour into a well-oiled loaf pan and bake for 1 hour until firm.
