  • Combine water and sugar in a microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 3 minutes or until bboiling.
  • Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Stir in rind and let cool completely.
  • Stir mixture through a sieve into a bowl, and discard rind.
  • Stir in juice and liqueur,.
  • Divide mixture among 6 (4 ounce) ice pop molds, and top with lid.
  • Insert craft sticks.
  • Freeze for 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.

  2. This works better as a sorbet as that much limocello prevents freezing. Still very tasty!
