Lemonade Chicken

"Crispy, just enough tartness, healthy! Entire family loves this chicken! Recipe is from my childhood church cookbook.Very simple to prepare.I will tent foil over top of chicken the first 15 minutes or so of cooking time.Otherwise,it seems to get too brown before chicken is completely cooked."
