  • Scald peaches.
  • Take skin off peel and pit.
  • Cut peaches in half or slices, if you like.
  • Mix rest of ingredients and let marinate 4 hours.
  • Make sure liquid covers peaches.
  • Then put in pint jars processed in water bath 10 minutes or process according to Ball directions.
