ingredients
- 59.14 ml red wine vinegar
- 59.14 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 14.79 ml dry red wine
- 2.46 ml dried thyme
- 2.46 ml dried rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Marinate meat overnight.
- Double or triple the recipe as needed, depending on how much meat you have.

A Messy Cook, I wasn't sure I was going to like this marinade because of the vinegar. The vinegar was almost too much for me but a really interesting thing happen while the lamb was cooking in my Kitchen Aid cast iron enamel pot with the basting lid 4 hrs. later at 325 in my convection oven {we are in Northern Canada very, very cold so when it's cold my oven takes longer to cook if the temp in the oven is high it will burn go figure!} the vinegar smell just changed to something wonderful. The rest is history a fabulous lamb meal! Will make again. Thanks for posting
