- 170.09 g keebler reduced-fat pie crusts
- 340.19 g package soft tofu
- 118.29 ml lactaid calcium-fortified lactose-free skim milk
- 118.29 ml white sugar
- 14.79 ml vanilla extract
- 59.14 ml maple syrup
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a blender, combine tofu, milk, vanilla and syrup. Blend until smooth and pour into crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate until chilled.
