  2. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  3. Butter bread on one side and make sandwiches with kiwifruit.
  4. Whisk up milk, egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
  5. Heat oil and a knob of butter in a heavy-based frypan.
  6. Dunk sandwiches in milk on both sides, to coat well, and fry until brown on both sides. T.
  7. hen place in oven and cook about 3 minutes Turn over, sprinkle with a little sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Cut sandwiches in half and serve with a dollop of yoghurt on the side.
