ingredients

• 59.14 ml whole cloves
• 236.59 ml whole allspice
• 10 cinnamon sticks, 3-inches long
• 8 small bay leaves
• 4 whole nutmegs
• 44.37 ml star anise
• 29.58 ml cardamom pods

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
2. Store indefinitely at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
