- 59.14 ml whole cloves
- 236.59 ml whole allspice
- 10 cinnamon sticks, 3-inches long
- 8 small bay leaves
- 4 whole nutmegs
- 44.37 ml star anise
- 29.58 ml cardamom pods
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
- Store indefinitely at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
