I am a single mom of two. I teach middle school and love what I do. My boyfriend, our children, and I recreate the Middle Ages with a group called the Society for Creative Anachronism. It is SO much fun to get away from modern life now and then!
I love to do once a month cooking, especially now that my boyfriend and his daughter eats with us every night. It saves so much money! The only problem is finding time to do a cooking session!
