From Boar's Head brand of meat & cheese products recipe booklet.
- Slice kielbassa into 1/8" circles.
- Place bread slices on baking sheet.
- Top each slice with one or two teaspoons of spaghetti sauce.
- Place two or three circles of kielbassaon top of each sauce-covered slice.
- Cover each with half a slice of mozzarella.
- Place under preheated broiler for about three minutes until cheese melts.
