This is another Campbell's recipe. Very good appetizer.
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1⁄2 cup chunky salsa
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- green onion, sliced
- 1 cup ripe pitted olive
- sour cream
- Mix soup and salsa in small saucepan and heat through.
- Serve over tortilla chips.
- Top with tomato, onions, olives, and sour cream.
This is a fabulous recipe. To make things easy, there is a small crockpot that holds only a couple cups which is ideal to make this recipe. It keeps the cheese warm for your quests to help themselves.
Very easy and quick to make, but the cheddar cheese soup cannot compete with the Velveeta or sharp cheddar cheese version.
