Very easy sweet cornbread, and can you say....moist?!?!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 34 cup milk
  • 15 ounces creamed corn
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. heat oven to 450.
  2. lightly grease pan.
  3. Warm pan in oven.
  4. combine all ingrdiants in bowl. batter will be lumpy.
  5. pour mixture into pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until done.
  6. Enjoy!
