- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1⁄2 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3⁄4 cup ice
- 3 drops , no carb liquid sweetener to taste
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate
directions
- Add ice first.
- Add remaining ingredients last into blender.
