Kasseri-Ously Great Cheese Dip

"***NOTE! I made this recipe and didn't measure the amount of cheese... SO I am guessing at the poundage! I'm going to make it again this weekend and this time I will measure. I apologize tremendously for this oversight!!! It's still delicious no matter how much cheese you use, but I am going to borrow a scale and find out for sure in a few days. Thanks for your patience! **** This came from a friend who got the recipe from a restaurant owner. It's absolutely delicious, but be sure to wait a few minutes (it's going to be difficult) before you dive in because it can burn the roof of your mouth! Absolutely heavenly goodness..."

  1. What a wonderful recipe!!!!! I made this before a special dinner tonight. It was a real hit and we did not have leftovers. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing.

Hello recipezaar chefs... I don't post many recipes because I really don't cook too often! (gasp) but when I do, I like it to be something 100% worth my time. I'm single and cook for myself about twice a week. Other than that, I'm probably on the front porch with a glass of wine and a crossword. :) I can only aspire to have a repertoire of wonderful recipes in my book as time goes by. Recipezaar rocks.
