  • 1 piece kale
  • 12 cooked chicken breast, diced (leftovers work great here)
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

  • Rinse a leaf of kale.
  • Place chicken on the center of the kale leaf.
  • Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over it.
  • Drizzle balsamic over it.
  • Fold in each end and roll.
