- 118.29 ml brine (from the olives)
- 236.59 ml warm water
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 709.77 ml bread flour
- 7.39 ml salt
- 9.85 ml dried leaf basil
- 14.79 ml active dry yeast
- 29.58 ml gluten
- 78.78 ml walnuts
- 157.80 ml kalamata olives or 3 dozen pitted kalamata olives
directions
- Put all ingredients except for the olives and walnuts in the bread machine according to your manufacturer's preferred order. Choose the dough cycle; add olives and walnuts at the beep. Shape dough and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
