- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup raisins, chopped
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 cup light brown sugar
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit until done, 10-15 minutes. Nuts or coconut may be substituted for raisins.
