- 2 1⁄2 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 2 tablespoons mint, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup ginger ale
- 6 ice cubes
- Place it all in the blender and blend.
Yum! Honeydew, mint and ginger ale!

You're right, its cool and refreshing. It was a little bitter with the lime juice so I added more honeydew and with the ginger ale, it tasted so much better. Going to make some more tomorrow. Thanks
