I really liked this peppery dish! I was really suprised how simple is was at the end of a hard day. Next time I think that I will stir fry red peppers, mangos, and snow peas to add some veggies and some sweet to balance with the spice. Thanks for posting this recipe.

  1. Fry the chicken breasts.
  2. While frying, mix the rum, the ginger, the pepper and the tobasco and add slowly.
  3. Once fried, serve in a plate with the capers and olive oil on top.
