      While frying, mix the rum, the ginger, the pepper and the tobasco and add slowly.

      Once fried, serve in a plate with the capers and olive oil on top.

      I really liked this peppery dish! I was really suprised how simple is was at the end of a hard day. Next time I think that I will stir fry red peppers, mangos, and snow peas to add some veggies and some sweet to balance with the spice. Thanks for posting this recipe.
