John's Garlic Chicken

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Place milk in a shallow dish.
  • Dip chicken in milk, then shake in the crumb mixture.
  • Place in a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.
  • Combine the butter, garlic, and lemon juice and pour over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
