    A recipe I received from a friend of mine who did a little experimenting on making scrambled eggs in the microwave. Ended up being a really good recipe

    Directions:

      Beat eggs well.

      Add milk, salt and pepper.
    3. 3
      Stir in diced onion.
    4. 4
      Place in microwave save dish and cook on high for 2 minutes.
    5. 5
      Stop and stir.
    6. 6
      Cook 1 1/2-2 minutes longer on high.

      I am giving this recipe 5 stars even though the eggs turned out a little tough. I followed the recipe exactly but neglected to take my microwave wattage into account, so that was my fault. After reading all the reviews I will add a little extra milk, make sure I use a little bit bigger container and only microwave for about 50 seconds the 2nd round. I will make these again and again. Thanks for the recipe!

      Nice and fluffy. Only thing I did different was cook them the first half on 80% power and the second half on 60%. Great for when the grandkids are over and I need something quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.

      Great way to cook eggs in a hurry. I used skin milk and did 2 eggs for 35 seconds each round. *Make sure to use a bowl/dish large enough to handle the eggs expanding about 50% in size during the cooking process!
