A recipe I received from a friend of mine who did a little experimenting on making scrambled eggs in the microwave. Ended up being a really good recipe
I used 6 eggs which more than adequate for 4 of us with toast and bacon. I was impressed with the volume of egg I ended up with and after the final 2 1/2 minutes there was still a small amount of liquid but giving it a good stir it soon disappeared which I think gave a fluffier result than cooking it completely though to be honest I still prefer the texture from cooking in the frypan. Due to allergy issues I did have to omit the onion and will certainly be using this recipe when we have our annual holidays as I am limited to a small 2 element hot plate and a microwave. Thank you tuttifruiti and to nemokitty who recommended the recipe in I Recommend Tag game.

This was certainly easy--though I do agree with a couple of the other reviews that the eggs seemed a little dry (and I did add an extra 1 1/2 tsp of milk, plus some cheese half-way through). And I must say that I like them better in a pan on the stove top, but for an easy and quick breakfast, I will definitely be making these again! (There isn't always time for a pan!) Next time, I may add a little butter as well... Thank you for the breakfast!
