Jan's Lana's Sweet Potato Casserole

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 tablespoons margarine

• Topping

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
• 1⁄3 cup margarine, melted

directions

1. Combine first set of ingredients and pour into a round casserole dish.
2. Combine topping ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread over casserole top.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
