A healthy alternative to mayonnaise and you can't taste the plain yogurt because of all the vegetables. This works well for sandwiches, on crackers, or served on a bed of lettuce or other greens.
- 1 (7 ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons diced celery
- 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- Mix all ingredients, chill and enjoy!
