- 1 ham, precooked
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 125 ml apricot jam
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
directions
- Heat ham per directions.
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan 45 min prior to serving time.
- Warm evenly just prior to glazing precooked ham.
- With oven at 375, coat ham in a dry pan with warmed glaze.
- Continue to add glaze every 10 minutes until service.
