Lacking some ingredients but wanting a sweet, fruity and sticky combo for a glaze for a ham I was making, I whipped this up and am in love with the flavour!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 ham, precooked
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 125 ml apricot jam
  • 2 12 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 12 tablespoons honey


  1. Heat ham per directions.
  2. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan 45 min prior to serving time.
  3. Warm evenly just prior to glazing precooked ham.
  4. With oven at 375, coat ham in a dry pan with warmed glaze.
  5. Continue to add glaze every 10 minutes until service.
