I made these on the weekend for a BBQ friend's were hosting. I made 60 popper and they were a huge hit. I didn't have any mozzerella cheese, so I just put in 1 1/2 cups cheddar with the cream cheese and bacon. I also missed the parmesan cheese, so I just mixed it in with the bread crumbs for the topping. I sprayed the tops with cooking spray before putting in the oven and they came out perfectly cooked in 30 minutes. The topping was a little crisp and the inside was gooey and delicious. I put the platter on the table, went back in less than 5 minutes and they were all gone! I had some filling leftover (I made a double batch), so hubby has requested that I make some tonight...just for him! Thanks for the great recipe.
