I received this recipe from a co-worker. I have never been a fan of pimento cheese until I tried this. It is delicious.
- 16 ounces Kraft® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 -12 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos
- 1⁄2-16 ounce marzetti's express deli-sliced tamed jalapeno, and juice
- 1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise
- Combine all of the ingredients and let it sit overnite. Makes a large batch.
