I increased the ingredients in this recipe to 1 1/2 loaves, because I didn't think the small amount of ingredients would bake well in my bread machine. That was very easy to do and with the changes it baked up nicely. Next time I would like to take the dough and bake it, either as rolls as the previous reviewer did, or as a loaf in the oven. Mine seemed to have a "bread machine taste" to it as many breads that are baked in the machine do. It smelled absolutely heavenly as it cooked. I used a Mexican Blend of cheeses and added several tablespoons of jarred diced jalapeno. It gave it just the right flavor. The smoked paprika is a great addition too! Thanks for sharing!

Really enjoyed this!! I made my dough in the ABM, took it out, made into rolls and let them rise for about 2 hrs. I could not find jalapeno cheese-so I mixed 1/2c sharp cheddar and cut a few jalapeno slices. This was enjoyed by every member of my family!! I had 12 rolls and none were left- I need to double the recipe b/c my DD said she wants them for breakfast (?), Thank you so much!! Made for French Forum Herb of the Month- paprika.

I live in Upstate NY with my son. Giovanni, my son, is a year. I enjoy playing with him, taking walks to the park, reading and, of course, cooking. Right now I am working towards my BA so my son and I can have a better life. In my extra time (haha..does that even exist), I love cooking. I love to experiment, my poor son is to young to verblize when he doesn't like something, but he sure knows how to throw the food :)! Cooking relieves stress and is just something I absoultly love.
