Directions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms in butter. Remove from pan and reserve.
  2. Sauté cutlets briefly. Remove from pan and reserve.
  3. Add flour and stir until just fragrant.
  4. Add stock and wine, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return mushrooms and veal to pan.
  6. Heat through and serve.
