- 236.59 ml mixed leaf lettuce, washed, dried, and torn
- 14.17 g pine nuts, toasted
- 42.52 g part-skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 29.58 ml basil, chopped
- 4.92 ml olive oil
- 2 small plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 118.29 ml sun-dried tomato, without oil, soaked in hot water and cut in half
- 2 medium hard rolls
- 2.46 ml minced garlic
directions
- Combine basil, pine nuts, garlic and oil and blend in a food processor until smooth. Spread rolls evenly with sauce.
- Top each roll with equal amounts of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and sun-dried tomatoes.
