"This was an old weight watchers recipe that I revamped. It had Canadian bacon which I sub for Italian sausage (I use more or less depending on what I feel like) because it tastes more Italian this way."

  • brown sausage with onions.
  • add garlic, beans, tomatoes, red wine vinegar and spices. Simmer.
  • Cook bowtie pasta. Drain.
  • Combine the sauce and pasta and serve.
