    Very refreshing twist on Irish tea. Serve with milk and sugar. Directions are for one cup of tea.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 teaspoon irish breakfast loose tea
    • 1 teaspoon chopped peppermint leaf
    • 8 ounces water
    • sugar
    • skim milk

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Heat water.
    2. 2
      Place Irish Tea and Peppermint leaves in mid-size tea ball.
    3. 3
      Place filled tea ball in heated water.
    4. 4
      Let stand for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
    5. 5
      Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.
    6. 6
      Add milk.
