  • 6 cups brewed tea (as you make black tea with sugar and stuff)
  • 2 cups cold apple juice

  • mix in both the tea and apple juice.
  • serve over ice cubes.
  • slurrrrrrp!

  1. This was okay, but it tastes a little on the watery side. Maybe this is because I used store brand juice. If I ever make this again, I will probably use a bit less juice, adding a little at a time until I think it tastes right.
     
  2. I used recipe #252012 to make my brewed tea. At first I used Minute Maid apple juice, which has a mellow apple flavor and did not really stand out in the tea. I then tried Welch's apple juice, which has a stronger apple flavor than the Minute Maid brand.

I am a keralite married into a gujarati family...so the food is surely a main thing in my life...I LOVE to cook...its almost like an addiction with me, when i think of some recipe i simply MUST cook it...which is seldom possible...anyways...i have a crocodile for a hubby...always cranky...the only thing he like which i make are the idlis and the gulab jamuns...he couldnt find any faults with them till now...touchwood! this is me..."newly wed" in the kitchen at my in laws place...those happy days!(sigh)if i had a month off...i'd call up my best feinds over and cook for them...
