Beverage made famous in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
- 4 ounces rum (preferably 2 ounces each of light and dark rum)
- 2 ounces passion fruit nectar
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Mix rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice and sugar in a shaker until sugar dissolves.
- Pour over ice.
