- 2 (453.59 g) can garbanzo beans, drained (chickpeas)
- 118.29 ml tahini
- 118.29 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
- 0.25 ml pickle juice
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml paprika
- 1.23 ml cumin (optional)
directions
- Use food processor or blender and process until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to move things along.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with pita wedges for dipping.
