- 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 3 -5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tahini
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)
directions
- Blend all ingredients together and add lemon juice and olive oil depending on taste.
