A real treat on a cold winter night.
- Beat butter and sugars together.
- Soften ice cream and mix well with sugars.
- Put in covered container and store in fridge.
- To serve: 1 jigger of rum, 2-3 dollups of batter, Hot water, Nutmeg on top/ Put all in a mug and enjoy.
