Hot-In-A-Bun for 48

"I just came across this written down on one of my old recipe cards stuck in an old cookbook, it's at least 20-something years old! Truthfully, I don't remember if I made this for one of our parties. But it does sound interesting if you've got a lot of people to feed! The recipe card doesn't state if the ingredients should be heated, but I think maybe they should be. The celery, bell peppers, and peanuts might give an interesting texture...I don't know, this is a big Zaar experiment! Report back if you try this! :)"

One of the old time founding members of Recipezaar. I live in Port Orchard, Washington. I LOVE to cook and bake nearly everything! I HATE to see people join the site, have no published recipes, but rag on another cook in a review on a recipe they haven't even tried or didn't follow. Oh, and I hate cilantro, too. :)
