I love my ice cream, and this is a great way to top it off!
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Serve over ice cream.
Soooooooo easy ~ and delicious! I put all ingredients into a 2-quart Pyrex mixing bowl and microwaved it at full power for 1 minute 50 seconds, then whisked the melted mixture until smooth. Next time, for another flavor dimension, I'll add 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules to hot milk before mixing with the marshmallows and chocolate chips ~ Made for Photo Tag 2012.
I made this vegan by using Dandies marshmallows and coconut cream instead of milk. Super delicious! Thanks for posting it.
Had some left over evaporated milk so I decided to use it on this recipe. Glad I did. This is much better than all the other fudge recipes I'd tried to make at home. Next time I'll add instant coffee too.
