Hot Creamy Crab Dip

- 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lb crabmeat
- crusty bread, for dipping
directions
- Mix first nine ingredients, leaving out about a cup of cheese for topping. Fold in crab meat. Spread mixture into a glass casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with crusty French or Italian bread.
