- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 lb processed American cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Combine all ingredients, except chips; heat, stirring occasionally, over low heat until cheese melts.
- Serve heated as dip with chips.
