This is just a simple way to sneak in some fruit for the kids. I vary the fruit depending on what I have in the house at the time. For example Pears are a great substitute for apples.
- Boil water & apple, when boiling add oats.
- Cook 2 minutes & take off heat & cover for 3 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls & add brown sugar & milk.
