I posted the chilled version of harry potter's favorite drink now this is the hot version perfect for crisp fall nights.. i use a cappucino frother to get it frothy
- 368.54 g package butterscotch candies, disks
- 473.18 ml water
- 2000.0 ml heated milk
- freshly grated nutmeg
- Unwrap the candy and place it in a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let the mixture simmer until the candy is dissolved; cool.
- Pour about 3/4" of the syrup into a mug, add heated milk and stir. Sprinkle with fresh nutmeg.
