Hot Broccoli Basket

"This was on the Kraft website. It looks yummy so I put it here for safe keeping. You can use fresh broccoli if you just steam it for a few minutes (about 3-4) before use."

  • 16 Triscuit crackers, divided
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, Shredded
  • 13 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F Place 6 of the crackers on bottom of 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; set aside.
  • MIX broccoli, mayo, cheese, almonds, pimientos and mustard. Spoon into casserole dish; stand remaining 10 crackers around outside edge of dish.
  • BAKE 30 minutes or until heated through.

I had to update this because we got married in January 2009! Yipee! We love to cook and love to try all kinds of new and exciting foods.
