1 pound of jerky
ingredients
- 1 lb lean meat, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
directions
- Combine all ingredients except meat in a large ziploc bag and shake to combine.
- Add sliced meat.
- Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
- Dry in dehydrator about 5 hours.
